Purpose and scope
These General Terms of Use (the “Terms”) define the conditions for accessing and using the Service. They apply to all Users and, when an organization subscribes, supplement the applicable special terms, quote, or purchase order.
In the event of a conflict, the special terms or purchase order prevail with respect to the matters they expressly address. Mandatory rules applicable to the User remain unaffected.
The Service is primarily designed for sales professionals and sales teams. Anyone using the Service on behalf of an organization represents that they have the authority necessary to bind that organization.
Acceptance and enforceability
The User accepts the Terms by checking the box provided when creating their account. Acceptance is required to access the Service.
The applicable version is the version accepted at sign-up, subject to updates made under the conditions set out below. Users are encouraged to keep a copy of the Terms.
If the User does not accept the Terms, they must not create an account or use the Service.
Account creation and security
The User must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. They must have a valid email address and choose a password that meets the requirements displayed by the Service.
The account is personal to the User. The User must protect their credentials, not share them, and remains responsible for actions taken from their account, except in cases of fraudulent use not attributable to them.
Any suspected compromise, unauthorized access, or misuse must be reported without delay to contact@objeqo.com. Objeqo may require access credentials to be reset or temporarily suspend the account when Service security requires it.
How the Service works
Objeqo supports the preparation, conduct, and analysis of sales calls. Depending on the available features and the plan subscribed to, the Service allows Users, in particular, to enter offer and prospect information, prepare a brief, start or schedule a call, capture microphone and browser tab audio, transcribe conversations, detect objections or buying signals, display private suggestions, and generate a post-call report.
Briefs, calls, transcripts, memories, objections, and reports are linked to the relevant account and call. Some features require the Extension, a compatible browser, an internet connection, a microphone, and permission to share tab audio.
Features may evolve to improve the Service, ensure its security, or comply with a legal obligation. Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided of any material change affecting the Service’s primary use.
Team Workspaces, Roles, and Shared Access
The Team plan allows the Customer to bring multiple accounts together in one workspace, pool call volume, share sales frameworks, and view collective metrics. The owner and administrators may invite a member, revoke an invitation, assign a role, and remove an account from the workspace, subject to the number of seats provided for under the contract.
The Owner, Administrator, and Manager roles may, for sales management purposes, view the calls of workspace members, as well as associated prospects and offers, briefs, notes, transcripts, recordings, signals, and reports. The Member role has limited access to their own calls. Creating, editing, and deleting a call remain actions reserved for its owner, unless a feature expressly provides otherwise.
The Customer determines which people are authorized and their roles, informs them about this internal visibility, and ensures that the access granted is necessary and proportionate. An invitation is linked to the designated email address, expires after seven days, and may be revoked before it is accepted.
Removing a member or their departure ends their shared access without automatically transferring ownership of their personal data or calls. The owner cannot delete their account while the workspace includes other members; they must contact Objeqo to arrange the transfer or closure of the workspace.
Audio Capture, Transcription, and Notice to Contacts
The Service may be used to capture, record, transcribe, or analyze a conversation only if the Customer has an appropriate legal basis and complies with all applicable obligations.
The Customer is solely responsible for determining whether recording or transcription is permitted in their context, clearly informing each Contact before or at the start of the call, and obtaining their consent where required. The notice must specify, in particular, that the system is in use, its purposes, recipients, retention period, and how individuals can exercise their rights.
The User must respect any valid objection from a Contact and stop capture when required by regulations, a professional obligation, an internal policy, or the Contact’s request.
Objeqo does not provide legal advice on whether a particular recording is lawful. The fact that the tool technically allows capture does not mean that the capture is legally authorized.
Customer Content and Instructions
The Customer retains the rights it holds in its Customer Content. For the time necessary to provide the Service, the Customer grants Objeqo a limited, non-exclusive authorization, strictly necessary to host, reproduce, organize, transcribe, analyze, secure, back up, and return that content.
The Customer represents that it is authorized to submit and have Customer Content processed. It must ensure that it collects only data necessary for its purposes and does not enter data that is clearly excessive.
The Customer must avoid submitting special categories of personal data, data relating to criminal offenses, or protected confidential information, unless processing is necessary, legally justified, and subject to appropriate safeguards.
Prohibited Uses
The User agrees to use the Service fairly and lawfully, and in compliance with third-party rights.
- recording or monitoring a person without their knowledge when notice or consent is required;
- using AI Outputs as the sole basis for a decision that produces legal effects or significantly affects a person;
- submitting content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, discriminatory, malicious, or infringes a third party’s rights;
- bypassing access controls, testing security without authorization, disrupting the Service, or introducing malicious code;
- mass extracting, reselling, renting, sublicensing, or making the Service available to unauthorized third parties;
- attempting to access another user’s or another customer’s data;
- using the Service to train or reproduce a competing service in violation of Objeqo’s rights;
- using the Service in a way that violates the terms of the video conferencing platforms, browser, or technical providers used.
Artificial Intelligence and Human Oversight
AI Outputs are aids to preparation and decision-making. They are generated from the available information and may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable for the context.
The User must verify each suggestion before using it, exercise their professional judgment, and remain solely responsible for what they say, send, or decide. Objeqo does not guarantee any sales results, conversion rate, revenue, or completed sale.
AI Outputs are not legal, financial, medical, HR, or regulatory advice, nor are they automated decisions intended, by themselves, to produce legal effects for a Prospect.
Subscriptions, Prices, and Payment
The Service includes paid plans and may offer a free trial for a limited period. The applicable features, quotas, prices, taxes, billing frequency, commitment period, and renewal terms are those displayed at the time of subscription or stated in a quote or purchase order.
Payment is processed through Stripe. The final monthly prices, including tax, are 49 € for Pro, 99 € for Performance, 149 € for Performance 25 h, and 199 € for Performance 40 h. For annual billing, the total amounts, including tax, payable in a single payment are 468 €, 948 €, 1,428 €, and 1,908 €, respectively. Taxes are included in these amounts where applicable. The Team plan is available by quote.
The Customer chooses monthly or annual billing at the time of subscription. A monthly subscription has an initial term of one month and renews for successive one-month periods. An annual subscription has an initial term of twelve months, payable in a single payment at the beginning of the term, and then renews for successive twelve-month periods. The total amount charged and the date of the next billing date are shown before the subscription is confirmed. The Team plan is billed and renewed according to the applicable quote or purchase order.
Payment is made by credit card through Stripe or, when offered as an option at the time of subscription, by any other payment method supported by Stripe.
A Customer with an active individual subscription may purchase one to twenty additional hours per transaction, in one-hour increments, with no monthly limit. The price, including tax, is 9.90 € / h with Pro, 8.90 € / h with Performance, 7.90 € / h with Performance 25 h, and 6.90 € / h with Performance 40 h. An unpaid order expires within twenty-four hours at the latest.
Hour credits are tied to the account, remain available when an individual plan changes, and expire ninety days after payment. They are used after the included monthly allowance, in order of expiration. They may only be used with an active individual subscription, are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
The Client may cancel their subscription by sending a request to contact@objeqo.com before the next monthly or annual renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, with no further renewal. Except where mandatory law provides otherwise or Objeqo agrees in writing, any period that has started remains payable and is not refunded on a prorated basis.
Where the provisions of the French Consumer Code apply, Objeqo provides a free electronic cancellation feature.
If a payment fails, Stripe may retry the charge in accordance with its procedures. Objeqo may request payment of outstanding amounts and suspend access to the Service after notifying the Client, subject to the time limits and safeguards required by law. Fees and amounts owed remain due until payment is made.
No payment will be due solely on the basis of a price shown on a marketing page unless a paid subscription process or a separate contractual agreement has been validly completed.
Any price change will be communicated to the Client by email or in the Application at least 30 days before it takes effect. It will apply at the next renewal; the Client may cancel their subscription before that date if they do not accept the change.
Applicable prices and terms are presented when subscribing and, for custom-quoted plans, in the applicable quote or purchase order.
Availability, maintenance, and support
Objeqo uses reasonable efforts to make the Service accessible and secure. Unless a service-level commitment has been agreed in writing, no permanent or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.
The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, an update, an incident, a third-party provider, a communications network, or an event of force majeure. Where reasonably possible, planned maintenance with a significant impact will be announced in advance.
Support is available at support@objeqo.com Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Paris time), excluding public holidays in France. Requests are handled according to their nature and urgency, with an indicative response target of two business days. Blocking or security incidents are prioritized, but this timeframe is not a service-level commitment. Requests received outside support hours are handled on the next business day.
Intellectual property
The Service, its software, interface, documentation, trademarks, logos, databases, presentation templates, and graphic elements are protected by applicable intellectual property rights and remain the property of Objeqo or its licensors.
Subject to compliance with the Terms of Service and payment of any amounts due, Objeqo grants the Client a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right, limited to the duration of their access, to use the Service for its intended purpose.
Subject to third-party rights and the terms of AI providers, the Client may use AI Results for its internal business needs. No exclusive rights to any AI Result are guaranteed.
Any voluntary feedback about the Service may be used by Objeqo to improve it, without identifying the Client in a public communication without the Client’s consent.
Privacy
Each party protects the confidential information it receives from the other and uses it only to perform the contractual relationship. It limits access to people and service providers who need it and are subject to a confidentiality obligation.
Information is not confidential if it is already public without a breach of the Terms of Service, already lawfully known, lawfully received from a third party, or independently developed.
Disclosure required by law or a competent authority is permitted to the extent strictly necessary, with prior notice to the other party when permitted by law.
This obligation applies throughout the relationship and for five years after it ends, and for as long as the information constitutes a trade secret protected by law.
Personal data and allocation of roles
For account, contact, subscription, security, and usage data necessary to manage the Service itself, Objeqo acts as the data controller. These processing activities are described in the Privacy Policy.
For data about Prospects, Contacts, and employees that the Client imports, records, transcribes, or analyzes for its own business purposes, the Client generally acts as the data controller and Objeqo as the data processor.
The Client determines the purpose, legal basis, retention periods, and authorized persons. It provides the required information to data subjects and handles their rights requests. Objeqo’s Privacy Policy does not replace the information that the Client must provide in its own name.
Data processing terms under Article 28 of the GDPR
Subject matter, duration, nature, and purposes
The processing is for the purpose of providing the Service during the term of the contract and the technical periods for returning or deleting data set out below.
Processing operations may include collecting, receiving, organizing, hosting, accessing, transcribing, analyzing, generating results, backing up, returning, and deleting data on the Client’s instructions.
The purposes are call preparation, authorized audio capture, transcription, detection of objections and signals, suggested responses, conversation memory, report generation, replay, and securing the Service.
Data and data subjects
- Identity, contact, and professional data relating to Users, Prospects, customers, and other call participants;
- voice, audio, conversation content, transcripts, timestamps, notes, objections, signals, sentiments, and suggested responses;
- data relating to offerings, companies, needs, likely objections, sales readiness, and meeting context;
- technical data necessary for connectivity, the Extension, security, and traceability of processing.
Instructions and confidentiality
Objeqo processes data only on the Client’s documented instructions arising from the Terms of Service, settings, and actions taken in the Service. If an instruction appears to violate applicable law, Objeqo will inform the Client unless prohibited by law.
People authorized to process data are subject to a confidentiality obligation and access the data only to the extent necessary for their duties.
Security
The measures currently integrated into the Service include User authentication, owner-based access rules and, for the Team plan, membership- and role-based rules at the database level, private storage for recordings, temporary replay links, and server-side storage of AI API keys.
Organizational measures, encryption in transit and at rest, backup management, restoration procedures, security testing, and internal access management are described in Objeqo’s Security and Data Protection Addendum, provided to the Client upon request.
Subprocessors
The Client generally authorizes the use of subprocessors necessary to provide the Service, including Supabase for authentication, database, real-time functionality, and storage; Deepgram for real-time audio transcription; OpenAI for artificial intelligence and structured generation features; Vercel for hosting, running, and delivering the Application; Cloudflare for DNS resolution used to import public pages; Stripe for payment and billing information management when these features are enabled; and Google Calendar API and Microsoft Graph (Outlook) when the User connects their calendar to import and sync appointments.
The current list of subprocessors and their roles is set out in Objeqo’s Security and Data Protection Addendum. Processing locations and applicable transfer mechanisms are provided under the terms set out in that addendum and the providers’ contractual documents. Objeqo will notify the Client of any material addition or replacement at least 30 days before it takes effect and allow the Client to object on reasonable grounds related to data protection.
Objeqo contractually requires each subprocessor to meet data protection obligations at least equivalent to those applicable to Objeqo for the processing concerned. Objeqo remains responsible to the Client for its subprocessors’ performance of their obligations under the conditions set out in the regulations.
Rights, impact assessments, and audits
To the extent possible and taking into account the nature of the processing, Objeqo assists the Client in responding to rights requests, documenting security, conducting an impact assessment, and consulting a supervisory authority when required.
Objeqo makes available information reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance with its obligations, including applicable policies, available certifications or reports, and documented responses to security questionnaires. If these materials are insufficient, the Client may request a documentary audit no more than once a year, with reasonable advance notice. The audit will be conducted during business hours in a way that limits disruption to the Service, subject to confidentiality requirements and without access to other clients’ data. The Client bears its own costs, except where a serious breach attributable to Objeqo is established.
Data breach
Objeqo will notify the Client of any personal data breach affecting processing carried out on its behalf as soon as possible after becoming aware of it and, once the breach is confirmed, no later than within 24 hours. The notification will contain the available information needed for the Client to assess its obligations and will be supplemented as the investigation progresses.
International transfers
Any transfer outside the European Economic Area is governed, depending on the provider and the relevant data flow, by an adequacy decision, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, and, where necessary, appropriate additional measures. The locations actually used depend on the Supabase project region, Vercel infrastructure and Cloudflare DNS service, the Deepgram European endpoint, OpenAI regions and settings, and the Stripe services enabled. These are summarized in Objeqo’s Security and Data Protection Appendix and in the contractual documents of the relevant providers.
Data Retention
At the end of the Service, and according to the Client’s documented choice, Objeqo will return or delete the data processed on its behalf, except where retention is required by law. Data will be returned within a maximum of 30 days of the Client’s request, production data will be deleted within a maximum of 30 days after the end of the Service, and backups will be purged within a maximum of 90 days after that deletion, subject to providers’ technical timelines and legal retention obligations.
The terms of this annex apply subject to any specific contractual terms agreed with the Client and the mandatory requirements of applicable law.
Suspension, Termination, and Deletion
The Client may stop using the Service. Termination of a paid plan is subject to the terms communicated at signup or set out in the order form.
Objeqo may suspend all or part of the Service in the event of a security risk, prohibited use, infringement of third-party rights, nonpayment when billing is active, a legal obligation, or a serious breach of the Terms of Use. Except in an emergency or where prohibited, the Client will be informed of the reason and given a reasonable period to remedy the breach.
The User may delete their account from Settings after explicitly confirming the action. This permanently deletes their account, business data, and associated private files, subject to legal retention obligations and the rules applicable to data processed on behalf of a Client.
Liability
Each party is liable for direct damages caused by its proven breaches, to the extent permitted by law. The Client remains responsible for the lawfulness of its recordings, its instructions, its Client Content, and its use of AI Results.
Objeqo is not liable for business decisions made by the User, failure to achieve a sales result, an unverified error in an AI Result, unavailability attributable to the network, browser, video conferencing platform, or third-party provider, or any use that does not comply with the Terms of Use.
Unless otherwise required by mandatory law, in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, for injury to physical integrity, or for any other liability that cannot be limited, Objeqo’s aggregate liability, across all events giving rise to liability, is capped at the greater of €500 and the total amount, excluding taxes, actually paid by the Client to Objeqo during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the damage.
If the User is entitled to mandatory protective rules, particularly as a consumer, no provision of the Terms of Use limits any rights or remedies that the User cannot legally waive.
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for a breach caused by an event beyond its reasonable control that meets the conditions for force majeure under applicable law. The affected party will notify the other party as soon as possible and mitigate the consequences of the event.
Changes to the Terms of Use
Objeqo may amend the Terms of Use to account for legal, technical, security, or functional changes. The new version will state its update date.
Any material change will be brought to Users’ attention through the Application or by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, except in the case of a legal or security emergency. Where renewed consent is legally required, it will be requested before use continues.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The Terms of Use are governed by French law, subject to any more protective mandatory provisions that may apply to the User. The parties will first seek an amicable solution by contacting contact@objeqo.com.
If no amicable agreement is reached, and only where all parties have contracted as business professionals, THE COURTS WITH SUBJECT-MATTER JURISDICTION IN THE DISTRICT OF OBJEQO’S REGISTERED OFFICE SHALL HAVE EXPRESS AND EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION. In all other cases, the mandatory legal rules on jurisdiction apply.
Effective Date and Contact
These Terms of Use take effect on August 29, 2026. Version: 1.5, updated on October 23, 2026.
Any questions about the Terms of Use may be sent to contact@objeqo.com.
